Orthodontic Associates of Southeastern Connecticut

Orthodontic Associates of Southeastern Connecticut is the newest addition to the Orthodontic Associates’ offices.  The doctors and staff are committed to providing the highest quality of orthodontic care for children and adults using the newest techniques available.  Power Systems worked the entire electrical installation, from the ground up, for the new office which was finished and ready for operation in 2007.

St. Matthew’s Church

224 Lovely Street, Avon, CT 06001

St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church was originally brought to serve the Farmington Valley of Connecticut in the 1960s.  Since then, they have grown to include ma complete education program, youth program and an intern program among other community curriculums.  In 2007, Power Systems furnished and installed the electrical renovation to the existing building with additional electrical wiring to the new chapel.

The Riverview

10 Winslow Place, Simsbury, CT 06089

The Riverview is a 47,000 sq. ft. banquet facility located on the banks of Connecticut’s Farmington River. It is the fourth addition to the already highly established and sophisticated Elegant Banquets group of establishments. Power Systems wired the electrical and lighting for the entire project including the radiant crystal chandeliers. The project was completed in mid 2008.

Hoffman Audi

700 Connecticut Boulevard, East Hartford, CT 06108

The Hoffman Auto Group is one of Connecticut's premier family-owned businesses. Power Systems furnished and installed the lighting, power, gear and fire alarm for the renovations and additions of the Hoffman Audi showrooms, business and services areas. The project was completed in the summer of 2008.

Veterinary Specialists of Connecticut
993 North Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06117

Established in 1983, Veterinary Specialists of Connecticut has been serving their clients with specialized medical attention. Their newly expanded addition now offers physical therapy, swim therapy and MRIs to family’s precious pets. The electrical renovation was furnished and installed by Power Systems and was completed in early 2009.

The Simon Foundation

87 West Dudley Town Road, Bloomfield, CT 06002

Built in memory of a dog named Simon, The Simon Foundation is a 35,500 sq. ft. charitable dog and cat rescue organization. The establishment holds a 3,500 sq. ft. veterinary office, 3,000 sq. ft. training facility, 113 extra-large kennels, and several cat condos. Power Systems wired and installed all power, gear, fire alarm and lighting. The project was completed in early 2009.

Hoffman Honda

40 Albany Turnpike, West Simsbury, CT  06092

In 2008, The Hoffman Auto Group called on Power Systems once again to wire and install the lighting, power, gear and fire alarm for the renovation and expansion of the Hoffman Honda showrooms, service areas and business center. The project included updating the business center with wireless capabilities made available to the customers as well.  Completion is scheduled for summer of 2009.

The Simsbury Fire District

871 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070

Centrally located in Simsbury’s business district, the Main Station at 871 Hopmeadow Street was the first Simsbury station to be built to Fire Company specifications.  The new Main Station construction was completed in 2010. Power Systems  furnished and installed all of the power, lighting, fire Alarm and  generator wiring for this project from the ground up.

Hobson & Motzer Inc.

30 Air Line Drive, Durham, CT 06422

Hobson & Motzer Inc. in Durham, Connecticut recently announced the grand opening of its 25,000 square ft. temperature controlled addition. With this new modern building, the company will have the space necessary to add state of the art equipment for high volume four axis secondary machining, laser welding and tooling as well as press capacity up to 300 ton. Power Systems Provided state of the art lighting, buss duct, fire alarm systems, 2000 amp switchboard and wiring for relocation of 100 machines.

Hoffman Ford Showroom

Hoffman Ford is a full service Ford dealership located in East Hartford & surrounding Hartford cities. Hoffman Ford is Connecticut's Award winning Ford dealer. Serving Hartford, Connecticut. Power Systems was hired install the lighting, power, gear and fire alarm systems for the new Hoffman Ford showroom.

Aquarion Water Company

600 Lindley Street Bridgeport, CT 06606

Power Systems installed the new 450kw generator at the Lindley Street location. Aquarion Water Company of Connecticut, an Aquarion subsidiary, is the public water supply company for approximately 180,000 customer accounts or more than 580,000 people in 39 cities and towns throughout Connecticut's Fairfield, New Haven, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex and New London Counties. Power Systems coordinated all aspects of this installation including installation of new wiring to generator. Power transfer of existing service to accommodate new 2000 amp transfer switch and all shuts downs associated to complete project.
